How we get your order from China to your hands in Ghana.

Piazam is a pre-order store. When you place an order, we source the product directly from manufacturers in China and ship it to you. This is how we keep prices up to 60% lower than local retail. Delivery takes 14–65 days depending on your shipping choice. Shipping times shown are estimates.

Once your package arrives in Kumasi, you have three ways to get it.

Free pickup at Garden City University, Kenyasi

Meet us at Garden City University in Kenyasi, Kumasi. We'll WhatsApp you the moment your package arrives so you can pick a time that works for you. Free, no delivery fee. Bring a valid ID and your order number.

Door delivery in Kumasi

In Kumasi · Fee depends on your area

We can bring your order to your address anywhere in Kumasi. The delivery fee depends on where you are — we'll WhatsApp you a quote once your package lands. Pay the fee via Mobile Money before we dispatch.

Nationwide delivery via bus parcel

Outside Kumasi · Pay on arrival

For customers outside Kumasi, we ship via Ghana's trusted intercity parcel carriers — primarily STC, VIP, OA, and similar services — to the station nearest you. You collect from the station with a valid ID and your waybill number.

You don't pay the delivery fee at checkout. Once your package arrives in Kumasi, we'll WhatsApp you the carrier, the exact fee, and a photo of the receipt. You pay via Mobile Money, then we ship the same day.

A Few Things to Know

Delivery times are estimates. Timeframes may vary due to customs, public holidays, or carrier delays. We'll keep you informed throughout the process.

Track your order anytime. Your account dashboard shows real-time status. We also send SMS and email updates at every major milestone: Order Confirmed → Shipped → Arrived in Ghana → Out for Delivery → Delivered.

All shipments are insured. Items are carefully packaged and covered against loss or damage during transit.

Product price is final at checkout. We handle all customs duties and import taxes from China — no surprise import charges. The local delivery fee (Kumasi door delivery or nationwide bus parcel) is the only amount paid separately, and we always send you the carrier's receipt before you pay.

Uncollected packages. For nationwide delivery, please collect from the bus station within 14 days of our arrival notice. For Kumasi pickup, please come within 30 days. After that, the order is treated as forfeited and the product cost is non-refundable.
