How we get your order from China to your hands in Ghana.
Piazam is a pre-order store. When you place an order, we source the product directly from manufacturers in China and ship it to you. This is how we keep prices up to 60% lower than local retail. Delivery takes 7–60 days depending on your shipping choice. Shipping times shown are estimates.
Select items ship by express air and arrive in just 1–5 days, free. Look for the Express Air label on the product page.
Select items offer a third option: pay a discounted product price at checkout, and pay the shipping fee only after your order lands in Ghana.
When it arrives, we SMS you the exact fee. Pay it online from your orders page (Mobile Money or card) or in cash on delivery, then we arrange delivery. Look for the Pay on arrival option on the product page.

Once your package arrives in Ghana, you have a few ways to get it.
In Greater Accra or Kumasi, free
We'll arrange to meet you at a convenient spot near you, free of charge. We call you the moment your package lands in Ghana to set a time and place that works for you.
Outside Greater Accra and Kumasi, pay on arrival
For customers outside Greater Accra and Kumasi, we ship via Ghana's trusted intercity parcel carriers (primarily STC, VIP, OA, and similar services) to the station nearest you. You collect from the station with a valid ID and your waybill number.
You don't pay the delivery fee at checkout. Once your package arrives in Ghana, we'll call you with the carrier, the exact fee, and a photo of the receipt sent via SMS. You pay via Mobile Money, then we ship the same day.

Track your order anytime. Your account dashboard shows real-time status. We also send SMS and email updates at every major milestone, from order confirmation and shipment to arrival in Ghana, out for delivery, and delivered.
All shipments are insured. Items are carefully packaged and covered against loss or damage during transit.
Product price is final at checkout. We handle all customs duties and import taxes from China, so there are no surprise import charges. Delivery in Greater Accra and Kumasi is free. Only two amounts are ever paid separately: the bus parcel fee for customers outside Greater Accra and Kumasi (we always send you the carrier's receipt before you pay), and the shipping fee on Pay-on-Arrival orders, where we SMS you the exact amount when your order lands, and you pay it online from your orders page or in cash.
Uncollected packages. For nationwide bus parcel delivery, please collect from the station within 14 days of our arrival notice. After that, the order is treated as forfeited and the product cost is non-refundable.
