How we get your order from China to your hands in Ghana.

Choose Air if you need your order quickly. Choose Sea for free shipping if you aren't in a rush.
Express Air, 1–5 days
Select items ship by express air and arrive in just 1–5 days, free. Look for the Express Air label on the product page.
Pay on Arrival
Select items offer a third option: pay a discounted product price at checkout, and pay the shipping fee only after your order lands in Ghana.
When it arrives, we SMS you the exact fee. Pay it online from your orders page (Mobile Money or card) or in cash on delivery, then we arrange delivery. Look for the Pay on arrival option on the product page.

Once your package arrives in Ghana, our courier brings it to you.
Courier delivery to your door
Estimated GHS 30–100
Last-mile delivery is normally estimated at GHS 30–100. It is not charged with your order. Once your items arrive in Ghana, we set the actual fee based on your destination and parcel size, notify you, and provide a payment link in My Orders. The fee must be paid before the courier sets off.
The checkout estimate is not part of the amount you pay today. Your order confirmation keeps this clear, and the exact delivery charge appears only after our team sets it when the items arrive.

- Delivery times are estimates.
- Timeframes may vary due to customs, public holidays, or carrier delays. We’ll keep you informed throughout the process.
- Track your order anytime.
- Your account dashboard shows real-time status. We also send SMS and email updates at every major milestone, from order confirmation and shipment to arrival in Ghana, out for delivery, and delivered.
- All shipments are insured.
- Items are carefully packaged and covered against loss or damage during transit.
- Product price is final at checkout.
- We handle all customs duties and import taxes from China, so there are no surprise import charges. Last-mile delivery is not charged when you place your order. Checkout shows an estimated range of GHS 30–100; the actual fee depends on your destination and parcel size. Once your items arrive in Ghana, we confirm the exact amount and notify you. You then pay it online from My Orders before we can deliver your items. Pay-on-Arrival shipping fees, where applicable, are also confirmed after arrival and can be settled in the same payment.

- Please be reachable on the phone number you gave us once we send your arrival notice. If our courier cannot reach you or complete delivery within 14 days of that notice, the order is treated as forfeited and the product cost is non-refundable.
