1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using Piazam's website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Service Description

Piazam operates an e-commerce platform that facilitates the import and sale of products from China to Ghana. We act as an intermediary between suppliers in China and customers in Ghana.

3. User Accounts

• You must be 18 years or older to create an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must provide accurate and complete information
• One person or entity may not maintain multiple accounts
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms

4. Orders and Payment

Order acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

Pricing

All prices are listed in Ghana Cedis (GH₵). Prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price displayed at the time of order confirmation.

Payment

Payment must be received before we process your order. We accept Mobile Money, card payments, and bank transfers. All payments are processed securely through trusted third-party payment processors.

5. Shipping and Delivery

• Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
• We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or carrier issues
• Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery
• Visible shipping damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
• Wrong item or a product that doesn't work out of the box must be reported within 48 hours

6. Refunds

Piazam is a pre-order import store: orders cannot be cancelled after payment, and we do not accept returns. Refunds are available only for shipping damage (reported within 24 hours of delivery), a wrong item, or a manufacturing defect (both within 48 hours), each with clear video or photo evidence. Approved refunds cover the full amount paid, and you keep the item; if we are ever unable to deliver your order at all, you receive a full refund with no conditions.

7. Product Information

We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, images, and specifications. However:

• Colors may vary due to monitor settings
• Specifications may be updated by manufacturers
• Images may be representative only
• We are not liable for minor variations from descriptions

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Piazam or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our explicit permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Piazam shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Delays or failures in delivery beyond our control
• Damages exceeding the amount you paid for the product

10. Warranty Disclaimer

Products are sold “as is” with manufacturer warranties where applicable. Piazam does not provide additional warranties beyond those provided by manufacturers. We facilitate warranty claims but are not directly responsible for warranty fulfillment.

11. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use our services for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with the proper functioning of our website
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Upload malicious code or viruses
• Scrape or harvest data from our website

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ghana. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ghana.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
