2. Service Description

Piazam operates an e-commerce platform that facilitates the import and sale of products from China to Ghana. We act as an intermediary between suppliers in China and customers in Ghana.

3. User Accounts

  • You must be 18 years or older to create an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
  • You must provide accurate and complete information
  • One person or entity may not maintain multiple accounts
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms

4. Orders and Payment

Order acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

Pricing

All prices are listed in Ghana Cedis (GH₵). Prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price displayed at the time of order confirmation.

Payment

Payment must be received before we process your order. We accept Mobile Money, card payments, and bank transfers. All payments are processed securely through trusted third-party payment processors.

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or carrier issues
  • Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery
  • Visible shipping damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
  • Other product issues (defects, wrong item) must be reported within 7 days

  • Delays or failures in delivery beyond our control

10. Warranty Disclaimer

Products are sold “as is” with manufacturer warranties where applicable. Piazam does not provide additional warranties beyond those provided by manufacturers. We facilitate warranty claims but are not directly responsible for warranty fulfillment.

11. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with the proper functioning of our website
